It is technically possible to change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. However, since orders are processed very quickly, it can be difficult to catch them in time and messages may not always reach us before processing begins.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, we recommend contacting us immediately after placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, and you would need to follow the return process instead.
