Technically, it is possible to change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. In practice, this is often difficult because orders are processed quickly and messages sometimes do not reach our customer service quickly enough.
Therefore, we recommend reporting any changes or cancellations immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it, and you can only make use of our return policy.
