Can I return two orders at once?Updated a month ago

It is possible to return two orders in one package. Please follow the steps below:

• Register one of the two orders via our Return Portal.
• Include a note inside your return package with the order number (e.g. #12345) and items from the second (unregistered) order.
• Send an email to [email protected] including both order numbers and the returned items from the unregistered order. Let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for other items.

Please make sure to keep us updated, especially by sending us an email once you’ve shipped the package. Kindly include the order number you used in the return portal and clearly specify which items or order numbers are included in the same parcel. This is important because returns sent together in one package need to be processed manually, as the system cannot automatically detect multiple orders in a single shipment.

Once your return package has been delivered, please inform us so we can proceed with processing your return.
