Can I return two orders at once?Updated 8 hours ago

It is possible to return two orders in one package. 

Please follow the steps below:
Register one of the two orders via our Return Portal.
Include a note inside your return package with the order number (e.g. #12345) and items from the second (unregistered) order.
Send an email to [email protected] including both order numbers and the returned items from the unregistered order. Also, let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for other items.

It is very important to keep us updated, especially by emailing us once you have sent the package. Please clearly state which order you registered in the portal and which items are included in the return. This step must be observed carefully, as these returns need to be handled manually since the system cannot detect two orders returned in one package.

Once your return package has been delivered, please let us know so we can process your return.
