How can I find out the status of my return or refund?Updated 16 days ago

Once you have sent your item back to us, it will first be received and checked by our returns department. After arrival, returns are typically processed within a standard timeframe, depending on the volume of incoming parcels and the type of return.

For refunds, please allow a few working days after your return has been received for the processing to be completed. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the details of your refund and when the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

If it has been more than a couple of days since our returns department received your parcel and you have not received any update, please contact us so we can investigate the status of your return for you.

Disclaimer: International orders may take longer to process due to extended shipping times and longer transit durations before the return reaches our warehouse.
