Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
Visit our Return Portal and log in with your email address and order number (e.g. #12345).
Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and specify the reason for the return.
Select your preferred shipping carrier, for exchanges this is free of charge as for returns the shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund.
After completing the payment (in case of a return), download the barcode and have it ready for when you drop it of at a carrier's location (for Dutch and Belgium orders only). When ordering from outside of the Netherlands and Belgium, print out the shipping label and attach it to the package.
Drop off your package at your chosen carrier’s location and ensure it is scanned for tracking.
