To make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible, please follow the steps below carefully. This ensures your request is processed quickly and your package is handled correctly.
- First, visit our Exchange Portal and log in using your email address and order number (for example, #12345). This allows us to locate your order and link it directly to your request.
- Once logged in, select the items you would like to return or exchange and indicate the reason for your request. Providing a clear reason helps us improve our products and service.
- Next, choose your preferred shipping carrier. In most cases, this return shipping option is provided free of charge and you can select the carrier that is most convenient for you.
- After completing the return process (and payment if applicable), you will receive a barcode or shipping label. For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium, simply download the barcode and present it when dropping off your package at the carrier location. For all other countries, please print the shipping label and attach it securely to your package.
- Finally, drop off your package at the selected carrier location and make sure it is scanned. This step is important, as it activates tracking and ensures your return is properly registered in our system.
