I cannot find my order after the track & trace code registered my order status as deliverd?Updated 16 days ago

We are sorry to hear that your order appears to be missing.

Before assuming that the package is lost, we kindly ask you to first check a few common situations, as delivery updates can sometimes be misleading or delayed.

Based on experience, courier services may sometimes mark a package as delivered even though it is still on its way and will arrive the following day. In other cases, the package may have already been delivered to a neighbor without a delivery notice being provided.

It is also possible that the package was delivered directly to your mailbox, meaning no doorbell was rung or delivery attempt was visible.

If you have checked all of the above and none of these situations apply, then your package may either be lost in transit or returned to us by the carrier.

In either case, please contact our customer service team and include your order number in your message so we can investigate the issue and assist you further as quickly as possible.
