Based on the track & trace code you received by email, you can check exactly where your parcel has been delivered. This includes information such as the nearest parcel point, pickup location, or whether the package has been delivered to a neighbor in your absence.

We strongly recommend checking your tracking information regularly once your order has been shipped, as carriers may attempt delivery or redirect your parcel if you are not available at the time of delivery.

If no action is taken and your package is not collected from the designated pickup point within the carrier’s holding period, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that in such cases, no automatic refund will be issued. Once the return has been received, it will be processed according to our standard return procedure, which may include deductions for shipping or handling costs depending on the situation.
