At Hang Eleven, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process to make it easy for you to return items if needed.
Return conditions:
To return or exchange an item, please make sure that your request meets the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of arrival of the package.
The item must be in its original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
There is no warranty for issues caused by washing. Any damage after washing is the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, you don’t need to pay upfront for return shipping as this cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We offer free returns and exchanges in-store as part of our commitment to sustainability, helping reduce unnecessary shipping and packaging by avoiding sending multiple orders back and forth.
Refund or exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund.
Exchange policy:
Exchanges are free of charge. You can choose a different size or color, or exchange for a different item entirely. Your new item will be delivered within 3 business days of your exchange request, and you will receive instant confirmation of your exchange.
We also offer store credit worth 105% of the purchase price, which is a great alternative to a cash refund. This store credit never expires and will be sent to you via email as a unique code.
