At Hang Eleven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Return Conditions
To return or exchange an item, please ensure that your request meets the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.
All orders placed between 3rd and 31st of December have an extended return policy (30 days after arrival of the package)
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to washing or improper care.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but you don’t need to pay upfront. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and exchanges are free when done in-store. We encourage this option as part of our sustainability commitment to reduce unnecessary shipments and packaging.
Return Fee Policy
To support more conscious shopping habits and reduce waste, we charge a small sustainability fee for larger returns:
We charge a base price of €6,95 for returns From the 4th item onward, a fee of €1 per item will be deducted from your refund.
This helps prevent excessive return volumes and promotes more mindful purchasing.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all refund details.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free of charge. You can select a different size, color, or even a different item. Your new item will be shipped within 3 business days of your confirmed exchange request.
We also offer store credit worth 115% of the original purchase value as an alternative to a cash refund. This credit never expires and will be sent to you via email as a unique code.
