Products under the “Hang Eleven” brand are currently not available for sale, delivery, or shipment to the United States or Canada. We continuously review our shipping regions and may expand availability in the future, but at this time these destinations are excluded.

All orders are shipped from Gorinchem in the Netherlands, Monday through Friday. Below you can find a full overview of our shipping process, including how orders are handled, processed, and delivered.

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are carefully packed and shipped by our third-party logistics partner, Monta Packing, based in Gorinchem. Orders placed before 10:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and packed on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that courier services do not collect parcels during weekends. As a result, orders placed on Friday after 10:00 PM CET may only be scanned and processed by the courier on the following Monday evening.

Shipping process – step by step

To give you full transparency, here is how your order moves through our system from placement to delivery:

  1. Your order is placed on our webshop
  2. The order is picked, packed, and prepared by Monta Packing (Mon–Fri, based on a first-in-first-out system)
  3. Packages are sorted within the warehouse according to shipping carrier
  4. Transport companies collect parcels once per weekday in the late afternoon
  5. The package arrives at the nearest carrier terminal and is scanned into the system
  6. The shipment is then marked as “in transit”
  7. Your order is delivered to your address

This process ensures efficient handling and reliable delivery for every order.
